Refunds.
PayPal always deduct an administration fee for all orders placed through our web site. The administration fee is percentage based so will vary according to the amount paid. The amount you receive back from a refund will always be minus PayPals administration fee.

Shipping Information
On acceptance of order and cleared funds, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Any change to this, we will contact you by email.
Packaging Information
Currently, most of our juices are packaged in 1 litre and 500ml high quality, recyclable, UV protected, plastic containers for ease of storage and handling, and of course no need to worry about breakage in the event of the container being dropped.
